Experience I have been selling properties in Palm Beach, Okeechobee, Martin, St. Lucie and Broward counties since 1992. I have experience in waterfront, commercial, residential, vacant land, and leasing and property management. Working with buyers and sellers enables me to keep current with the market trends and inventory. I have lived in the Jupiter area since my family moved from Connecticut in 1970. Honesty and just plain working very hard are staples of my every day business plan. I have currently closed over 80 million dollars in sales. Referrals make up a large part of my business plan. It is important to me. It says my clients have been satisfied in a way to refer me to their friends and family. I feel it is very important to get refreshed to be effective for my clients. My wife is such an anchor for me. She is my best friend. I have three lovely children. Brianne, my daughter is 27 and very busy working and getting her masters degree. Brianne is engaged to be married in July 2007. Currently she is teaching science to 9th graders in New York. Brian, 25 is working and helping in his community. Brad, 24, is working in sales and going to school. They all live locally in our great community. Playing golf is a passion. Gardening is also a lot of fun. I have 3 dogs that do not care if I sell property or not. |
